Dr. Bernie Dolansky, Transition Consultant & Sales Representative

Dr. Dolansky, has led a truly distinguished career in the dental industry, including positions as President of the ODA, CDA, and Dentistry Canada Fund. In addition to over 35 years in private practice as an endodontist, Dr. Dolansky has sat on numerous boards, advised many senior management teams in the dental industry, and has operated his own successful practice transition consultancy for 10 years.

Jennifer Blair, Sales Representative

Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has 8 years of front office experience in the health care industry along with experience at a major bank serving dental professionals.

Bill Henderson, President , Sales Representative

Bill's extensive management background includes senior management positions at Procter & Gamble, Assante Asset Management and AIM Trimark Investments. He was on the Board of AIM Trimark and also sat on the board of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Bill has over 20 years of dental practice management experience.

Andrea Bourque, Office Manager

Jim Blair, Executive Vice President & Sales Representative

While at Scotiabank, Jim was one of the best known and most experienced bankers to the dental industry. He has over 15 years of experience in dental practice financing. He has sat on the board of DIAC (the Dental Industry Association of Canada) and on the Steering Committee for the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry Awards of Distinction

Barry Howie, Broker of Record

Barry has over 30 years in the dental industry. He is the former national sales manager for Healthco, a predecessor firm to Patterson Dental. In 1988 Barry left Healthco to found Tier Three. Barry is an active Rotarian, having held the position of District Governor of District 7080.

Mary Jane Howie, Appraisal Coordinator

Mary Jane has worked with Barry since founding Tier Three in 1988. She is the past C.E.O. of Trans Canada Distribution Inc., and is active in Rotary and Girl Guides and is a past recipient of the Athena Award.
