FIndyourpractice.ca is a confidential service provided by Tier Three Brokerage Ltd. Tier Three Brokerage Ltd. is a business incorporated in the province of Ontario, and registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario as a real estate brokerage.

According to the Ontario Real Estate and Business Brokers's Act, a brokerage must clearly inform all parties it deals with in a real estate transaction with a clear understanding of the nature of their relationship to the brokerage.

By using this service, you agree that you are not entering into a relationship with Tier Three Brokerage Ltd as your agent. Tier Three normally represents the seller, and the Brokerage's primary duties are to protect and promote the interests of its seller client. The Brokerage will disclose all pertinent information to a seller client obtained from or about the buyer. Even though the Brokerage's primary duties may be to the seller, the brokerage may provide many valuable customer services to you, the potential buyer.

When providing customer service to potential buyers, Tier Three's duties include:

• the ethical duty to deal fairly, honestly and with integrity;
• the legal duty to exercise due care when answering questions and providing information; and
• the legal duty to avoid misrepresentation.

While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure accurate and timely communication of information to you, by using this service you agree that you will not hold Tier Three Brokerage Ltd, or it's officers or employees, liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this site and service.
